Delivery Times and Prices

 UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery is FREE for orders £80 and over, otherwise it is £3.99. We also offer courier-specific delivery for £6.99, next working day delivery for £7.99, and Saturday next day delivery for £14.99. Please note that we do not make any profit from these prices.

All deliveries to the UK should take 1-2 working days (including Saturdays). Please note that actual time taken is outside of our control. Most orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail; heavier ones are sent via courier (UPS, Next Day).

So, if you place an order at 2:30pm on Tuesday, you should receive it on Wednesday or Thursday. If you place an order at 2:30pm on Friday, you should receive it on Saturday or Monday.

2. Return the Goods: If the goods have already been shipped and received, you must return them to us in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Please include a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation request and the returned goods (if applicable), we will process your refund as follows:

1. Full Refund: If you cancel the order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
2. Partial Refund: If you cancel the order after it has been shipped and received, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods, excluding the original shipping charges. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
